The 30-year-old superstar athlete — who has dated rappers Common and Drake – tells Celebuzz that her failed relationships in the past have hurt her so badly, she doesn’t care if she could ever date again. “I have given up on dating,” the 27-time grand slam champion confessed, in an exclusive interview. ”It just hasn’t worked out well for me.”
An emotional and candid Serena added, “I’m a really emotional person. I give my all and everything. I do make mistakes — like every human does — but the last relationship just was too much of a heartbreak for me. I just can’t go through that anymore. It was hard.”
Tyler Perry's kingdom is on fire -- and not in a good way ... the Atlanta studio complex where his popular 'Madea' movies are shot caught fire Tuesday night. According to reports, the three-alarm blaze broke out at Tyler Perry studios shortly before 9PM ET -- and one building had partially collapsed. The studio sits on 60 acres of land and includes five soundstages, a backlot ... as well as Perry's offices. There were no immediate reports of injuries, and it's unclear what started the fire.
9:30 PM PST -- The Atlanta Fire Rescue Department just released a statement, claiming the fire was brought under control around 9:45 PM EST ... just an hour after firefighters arrived. According to the statement, the blaze was so severe a fourth alarm had to be called. Thankfully, no injuries were reported. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
Usher and his ex-wife Tameka Raymond have gotten an ultimatum in their custody war -- they're at the Atlanta courthouse trying to settle it, and if they can't the judge is going to lay down the law. The singer and his ex-wife showed up to Fulton County Court this morning -- where a judge ordered the couple to try and hash out a temporary custody agreement in private mediation. They've had all morning to work something out -- but if they don't come to terms soon ... they'll face the judge again this afternoon ... when he'll impose a temporary order, deciding how Usher and Tameka will split their time with their kids. The order will also address child support. As we've reported, Usher and Tameka have been fighting over their kids for years -- Tameka wants full custody, claiming he secretly uses drugs. Usher has denied the allegations, asking for an increase in daddy time. The couple currently shares custody.

Barbz in North America should get ready to see their idol live as she has announced upcoming tour dates. Kicking off of on July 17 at the Chicago Theatre, 15-stop tour goes through August 12 in Vancouver.

Pioneering rapper/actress Queen Latifah will host her first ever headlining LGBT performance this month in Long Beach, California.
Queen Latifah has been tapped to headline the Long Beach Lesbian and Gay Pride Festival, making it the first time the internationally known rapper has officially performed at such an event, anywhere in the world.
“From Hip-Hop to R&B, Pop to standards, Queen Latifah is the voice of our generation and her concert here will be phenomenal,” said Long Beach Pride Festival co-President Pat Crosby. “For her to make her worldwide Pride debut here in Long Beach is a tremendous testament to the popularity of our celebration and the strength of our community.”
The Long Beach Lesbian and Gay Pride Festival weekend will include numerous workshops, panels and performances.
LGBT friendly artists like MC Ongina, Evelyn “Champagne” King, MC Carlease, and The Village People will also perform during the event.
Queen Latifah will perform at the concert during the 29th annual Long Beach Lesbian and Gay Pride Festival on Saturday, May 19 at 8:30 p.m.
