As she gears up for her upcoming performance on VH1 Divas (which is rumored to feature a Michael Jackson song), Ciara tweeted a photo of her most recent hairstyle saying, "Return Of The Rows."  No word on whether Cici's new 'do will play a role in her VH1 Divas performance (on Sunday, December 16 at 9PM ET/8C) but the blonde highlights suit her very well.
