The show kicks off at 2pm, but the first feature of the day is "The MP3 at 3." I play the new song of the day right out of my inbox and let you tell me if I should "Download It" or "Delete It."

Check out "The Scenario" at 3:30--that's up to the minute news and entertainment.

On "The 4Play at 4," we countdown the 3 hottest joints from around the way plus one more from back in the day for your chance to win the good stuff.

And at 5pm, it's "The 103 Traffic JAMZ;" yours truly in the mix with the bangin joints and all of your requests.

Fridays from 3p-4p (during the school year), it's "The After School Special" where the kids can represent after working hard all week in school.
