Another day, another Chris Breezy rant! Last night in LA Chris Brown was caught on tape by TMZ, leaving the club and appears to be ticked off about the valet service charge. TMZ reports, it was because Chris was only at the event for 30 minutes and felt like he shouldn't have been charged.
In the video you see Chris say, " F-CK TEN DOLLARS!" also you hear, "We gon' turn this whole thing out!"
