On the heels of the season premiere of “Love And Hip Hop: NYC“, news broke about cast member Mandeecees Harris and his alleged underage sex assault case. According to reports, Mandeecees was accused of fondling and molesting a teenaged girl in his old home in the town of Lodi back in 2011.
A report in NorthJersey.com revealed that Bergen County prosecutors in Hackensack have alleged that Bergen County prosecutors in Hackensack have alleged that Harris, 34, requested and received oral s-x from the then 15-year-old and also fondled her on several occasions between September 2009 and April 2010. Yikes😳
Mandeecees was arrested in 2010,and charged with aggravated sexual assault, child endangerment and criminal sexual conduct. He could face up to 20 years if found guilty.
Harris has been free without bail since the charges came about, Although, he was not present in New Jersey Superior Court yesterday. The court was slated to have the full panel of jurors in for with opening remarks from the attorneys to take place on January 29.
