My Prerogative singer, Bobby Brown, is YET AGAIN charged with a DUI.
This time the R&B singer has time to spend behind bars. I guess being arrested earlier for a DUI in 2012 and 1996 doesn't phase him. #KanyeShrug

Rapper Gunplay is now officially off the hook after robbing accountant. Although the whole incident was captured on surveilance, charges have been dropped because the victiim refuses to cooperate with authorities.
Officials say they need the victim to confirm that the footage is accurate to use as evidence against Gunplay, which was accused of pulling a fire arm on the victim and stealing a cell phone and gold chain.
The Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office tells TMZ, "Video alone is not enough to convict an individual of a crime beyond a reasonable doubt." The office continues, "Although the armed robbery is captured on the victim's surveillance system, the victim, Turron Woodside, is uncooperative of the prosecution of this defendant Richard Morales [Gunplay]."
The State Attorney's Office says the judge subpoenaed Woodside but prosecutors were unable to find him in order to serve him. Officials say Woodside's family and co-workers have told the court "he's out of town and/or coping with a family death" along with other excuses.
The judge made it clear ... without Woodside's testimony, prosecutors couldn't make their case, and they were forced to drop the charges.
He tells us, "Today I am grateful and blessed that the case was dismissed ... I plan on picking up where I left off with my music and making hits with my upcoming debut album ... The first thing I am going to do today is smoke a joint, relax, play video games, and just be with my loved ones."
Gunplay was charged with armed robbery and aggravated assault.
And the best secret keeper of all time goes to the one and only Janet Jackson! On Monday, singer Janet Jackson settled engagement rumors by announcing that she has been secretly married to her super rich boyfriend for a year.
After engagement rumors both Janet and her husband Wissam Al Mana released a statement saying, "The rumors regarding an extravagant wedding are simply not true. Last year we were married in a quiet, private, and beautiful ceremony."
If you guys are wondering what the two love birds got one another for their special day they added, "Our wedding gifts to one another were contributions to our respective favorite children's charities".
"We would appreciate that our privacy is respected and that we are allowed this time for celebration and joy. With love, Wissam and Janet."
Well like they say, the third time is a charm! Hopefully this relationship last unlike Janet's last two marriages.
Selena Cheated On Justin Bieber With Gucci Mane
Does Selena have a wandering eye? A new report says
she was getting hot and heavy with co-star rapper Gucci while filming her new
movie ‘Spring Breakers’. Poor Justin!
Via Hollywood Life reports:
Selena Gomez is currently traveling all over Europe showing
off a number of sexy outfits while promoting her hot new movie, Spring
Breakers, and a sensational new report says that Selena had a pretty sexy time
filming the movie too! While filming in mid 2012, Selena and rapper Gucci Mane
allegedly got close and used to spend hours in her trailer alone, and Gucci did
NOT care that Selena was dating Justin Bieber. Did Selena cheat on Justin?
A production assistant from the set of Spring Breakers says that Selena, 20, and Gucci, 33, got
very friendly while filming the movie.
Selena plays college student Faith, while Gucci plays Archie,
some sort of drug lord/criminal/thug.
The insider claims that Gucci spent hours inside Selena’s
trailer, sometimes with her and her co -stars Ashley Benson, Rachel Korine and
Vanessa Hudgens, and other times just the two of them ALONE.
“We thought it was [odd] that she was in there with [Gucci].
One time [producers] sent security to make sure she was OK.” The insider added,
“It almost became a joke, [another employee] said [to Gucci] ‘Watch out or I’m
telling Justin [Bieber].’ [Gucci] was like ‘F*ck that lil n***a.”
Gucci has an ice cream cone tattoo on his face and has
previously been charged for murder (the charges were later dropped), so he
doesn’t exactly seem like Selena’s type… Baby faced Justin is much more up her
ALBANY - Platinum-selling rapper Ja Rule left an upstate New York prison Thursday morning after serving most of his two-year sentence for illegal gun possession and headed straight into federal custody in a tax case.
U.S. Marshals escorted the 36-year-old musician out of Mid-State Correctional Facility at 9:30 a.m. He was being held at the Oneida County Jail in central New York as he awaited word from the Federal Bureau of Prisons about where he'll serve time in the tax case.
The rapper, who had been in protective custody because of his celebrity, has some time remaining on a 28-month sentence for tax evasion that ran concurrently.
Ja Rule, whose real name is Jeffrey Atkins, may have less than six months left and may be eligible for a halfway house, defense attorney Stacey Richman said. Back taxes are one of the main reasons he wants to get back to work, she said.
"Many people are looking forward to experiencing his talent again," Richman said.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Joseph Mack said Atkins owed the IRS $1.1 million and didn't immediately know what if any had been paid. Once out of custody, Atkins also faces a year of supervised release, he said.
Ja Rule scored a Grammy Award nomination in 2002 for the best rap album with "Pain is Love." He also has appeared in movies, including "The Fast and the Furious" in 2001 and "Scary Movie 3" in 2003.
Ja Rule, who went to the prison in Marcy in June 2011, got out at his earliest release date, state correction spokeswoman Linda Foglia said. He had two misbehavior reports for unauthorized phone calls in February 2012 and had work assignments on lawn and grounds crews and participated in education programs, she said.
In the gun case, New York City police said they found a loaded .40-caliber semi-automatic gun in a rear door of Ja Rule's $250,000 luxury car after it was stopped for speeding. He pleaded guilty in 2010.
In March 2011 he admitted in federal court that he failed to pay taxes on more than $3 million he earned between 2004 and 2006 while he lived in Saddle River, N.J.
"I in no way attempted to deceive the government or do anything illegal," he told the judge. "I was a young man who made a lot of money — I'm getting a little choked up — I didn't know how to deal with these finances, and I didn't have people to guide me, so I made mistakes."
Richman said Ja Rule is looking forward to his daughter's graduation.
"He's a devoted father," she said.
