The YBF Reports:  Nicki Minaj is battling everybody over her new "American Idol" stint it seems.  And the newest person she's going at is ex judge Steven Tyler...and she's calling him RACIST.

 We're not the only ones who think Nicki has no room to judge other people's talents.  But Steven Tyler said it on a public platform, and Nicki shot back via Twitter.  Of course.

Here's what went down--

The 64-year-old Aerosmith frontman and ex-Idol judge did an interview with MTV recently criticizes all the new judges.  And then he specifically named Ms. Minaj:

'You just have to give your opinion. It wasn't hard for me, but I would imagine it's hard for some people, and they need a manager to say 'Shut the f***up, and just give them your opinion.'

'If it was Bob Dylan, Nicki Minaj would have had him sent to the cornfield! Whereas, if it was Bob Dylan with us, we would have brought the best of him out, as we did with Phillip Phillips. Just saying.'

Halle Berry's baby daddy Gabriel Aubry has obtained a restraining order against Halle's fiance Olivier Martinez, following their Thanksgiving Day brawl.

Since their fight, Gabriel Aubry has obtained a restraining order against Halle Berry's fiance Olivier Martinez.  We told you previously about the scuffle the two had on Thanksgiving, and though Gabe swung first, it makes sense that he got a restraining order since he took the brunt of the brawl.  

Newly released photos of a badly bruised and scarred Gabe have been released and they show he REALLY took a beating.  Gabe's modeling agent is going to be PISSED.

And you'll recall, Halle got a restraining order against Gabe last week because of the fight (though Olivier walked away with only a few minor scratches).

UPDATE ROM TMZ:  It's pretty clear who got the worst of the brutal Thanksgiving Day fight outside Halle Berry's house -- Gabriel Aubry is a swollen, bruised mess after Halle's fiance Olivier Martinez rocked him in the face.

Gabriel was photographed Friday in L.A., a day after his violent showdown with Olivier put him in the hospital with a broken rib and serious face contusions -- including one NASTY swollen shiner.

Olivier clearly got the better of the fight, but still screwed up his hand and his neck. TMZ broke the story ... Gabriel was arrested for battery after allegedly attacking Olivier at Halle's house.

After Gabriel allegedly pushed and struck Olivier in the shoulder, Halle's fiance cold-cocked her baby daddy in the face. There are conflicting accounts as to whether Gabriel was rendered unconscious.

As we reported, a judge issued an emergency protective order against Gabriel, requiring him to stay 100 yards away from Halle, Olivier, and Nahla. 
 

Poor thang… Lil Nahla gots so much drama in her life! Halle Berry’s household will be the setting of yet another child protective services investigation…

According to RadarOnline reports:

The L.A. County Department of Child Protective Services will be formally re-opening an abuse investigation involving Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry’s daughter, Nahla, following the Thanksgiving brawl between her father, Gabriel Aubry, and her mother’s current boyfriend, French actor Olivier Martinez, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

“Detectives from the LAPD formally contacted CPS after Gabe’s arrest, because Nahla was present when the fight occurred,” a source close to the situation tells Radar exclusively.

“Nahla wasn’t actually involved in the melee, and by all accounts, Halle whisked her out of the driveway as soon as the fight between Olivier and Gabe started. However, DCFS was contacted because there has been a history of allegations of physical abuse. Social workers will be interviewing Halle, Gabriel and Olivier about what happened on Thanksgiving. DCFS must ensure that Nahla’s environment is safe.”

As we previously reported, while dropping Nahla off with Halle on Thanksgiving morning, Aubry got into a knock-down, drag-out brawl with Martinez.

The cops were called, and both men ended up getting treatment at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. Aubry was booked on suspicion of misdemeanor battery, posted a $20,000 bond and has a December 13 court date.

Meanwhile, Berry has reportedly gotten an emergency restraining order to keep Aubry away. The two have been in an ongoing child custody battle. Berry was recently shot down by a Los Angeles judge who ruled that she couldn’t move with Nahla to France, because Gabriel lives in Southern California.

Earlier this year, Aubry was accused of shoving Halle’s nanny while she was holding Nahla. The nanny filed a police report but the Los Angeles City Attorney failed to file charges against Aubry citing a lack of sufficient evidence.

“Gabriel is extremely concerned about his arrest and the fallout this could have on Nahla. She is his entire world and is hopeful that once the truth comes out, he won’t be formally charged with any crime,” the source says
