Jamaican authorities charged Vybz Kartel with murder.They also charged him with Illegal gun possession and conspiracy to murder Police say he was involved with the murder of a 27-year-old businessman named Barrington Burton,He was killed in July in St. Catherine, not far from Kingston.The preliminary hearing that was supposed to happen yesterday was re-scheduled for next week. Kartel is expected to fight the charges.
